What does Zenforg do?
We design and run CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and on-call SRE systems for engineering teams, so infrastructure stops being a source of stress.
Where is Zenforg based?
We're based in Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal, and work with clients both locally and remotely.
How big is your team?
We're intentionally small and senior. That means direct access to the people running your infrastructure, not a support ticket queue.
Do you only work with cloud-native companies?
No — we work with teams at every stage, including those migrating off legacy or on-premise infrastructure for the first time.
Working With Us
How much does an engagement cost?
It depends on scope, but we always share a written estimate before any work begins — no open-ended hourly billing surprises.
How long does a typical migration take?
A CI/CD setup might take 2-3 weeks. A full cloud migration or Kubernetes rollout usually runs 6-12 weeks, depending on complexity.
Do you work with early-stage startups?
Yes. We enjoy working with founding engineers, and we'll tell you honestly if you don't need a platform team yet.
Do I need a fully scoped project before reaching out?
No. A rough problem statement is enough to start a conversation — we'll help shape it into a clear scope during the audit phase.

What happens after I submit the contact form?
We read every message personally, usually within one business day, and reply with a few clarifying questions or a short call proposal.
Will you sign an NDA?
Of course. We're happy to sign an NDA before discussing any confidential infrastructure details.
Do you offer 24/7 on-call support?
Yes, as part of our SRE retainer. We also help you build internal on-call rotations if you'd rather own it long-term.
Can you work alongside our existing engineering team?
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside in-house engineers as an extension of your team, not a replacement.
